We understand the importance of accurate and reliable communication in vacation ownership. Our latest enhancement allows you to find and view all merge fields in your documents and Hash functions in communication contents and contract paperwork.

What’s more, Merlin will now indicate whether the Hash Functions used are correct or not valid. This feature ensures that your content and paperwork remain error-free, enhancing the professionalism and reliability of your communications.

Document Customisation Made Easy

Customising your documents, such as Reservation Confirmation Letters, has never been easier. With this enhancement, you can find, replace, and merge document fields effortlessly.

Additionally, you can apply these changes to Hash functions in communication contents and contract paperwork. This empowers you to tailor your communications to meet specific requirements and create personalised experiences for your clients.

Enhanced Filter Options

Efficiency is key in the vacation ownership industry. Our enhanced filter options in the Back Office→Names→Print Documents→Send Documents→More Settings section allow you to filter based on Contract Status and Transaction Types. This optimisation streamlines your document management process, saving you time and helping you stay organised.

Improved Arrivals Manifest

Adding to the user experience, we’ve included the “Country” field in the Arrivals Manifest. This enhancement offers a comprehensive view of guest information, ensuring smoother check-in processes and enhanced guest satisfaction.

Streamlined Transaction Matching

We recognise the importance of accurate financial records. The new “REAL” filter added to Auto Match Transactions ensures that your financial data is reliable and up-to-date. This enhancement simplifies transaction matching, reducing the likelihood of errors and discrepancies.

Simplified Data Understanding

Understanding relationships within your data is crucial. The addition of a new column in the Name→Locate→Fast page indicates the Parent/Child logic, providing you with a clearer view of your data structure.

Enhanced Supplier Payment Security

Security is a top priority when it comes to financial transactions. We have enhanced Merlin’s Pay Suppliers functionality to provide increased levels of security. Supplier banking details can now be verified by up to three verifiers, ensuring that your payments are secure. This feature adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorised changes to supplier banking information.

Best of all, source documents (supplier invoices) can now be stored on Merlin’s actual supplier invoice transactions. Authorisers can easily verify Supplier invoices while in the process of authorising their payments.   

Priority Waitlist Automation

Providing exceptional member experiences is at the core of what we do. Our new Priority Waitlist Automation feature enables seamless accommodation requests. The waitlist matches requests to availability based on priority and a best-fit algorithm, automating the process and delivering offers directly to members to either accept or reject. This hands-off approach enhances member satisfaction and saves your team valuable time.

Improved Debtor Communication

Clear communication with debtors is essential for maintaining healthy financial relationships. Our new functionality allows you to send emails to debtors detailing their full instalment set. This transparent communication approach fosters trust and collaboration.
