The OPC captures the lead’s details, takes them through the qualification process, adds gifts and incentives and books the tour time and date. These can be seen immediately by the onsite sales and marketing team, who can plan accordingly.

Notably, the lead is taken through the terms and conditions, so there is no confusion about what the tour experience includes – and leads sign via the WebApp that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.

This is all stored in Merlin Classic for later review if required.
