A Covid-19 update from our CEO Mike Pnematicatos
With many of us now under enforced lockdown or self-isolation due to Covid-19 it’s all too easy to lose touch with our customers and friends. But while you are busy working remotely, we wanted to keep you updated with what the Merlin team is doing to make sure we’re ready for you when working life begins to get back to normal.
1 We have set up a Covid-19 Committee that oversees all our staff members working from home. We have daily roll-call, make sure we start the day with a little fun and offer support to any of our staff who might be struggling with lockdown.
2 The Merlin team continues to provide technical support for those who require it. We are completing support tasks in a timely manner so there won’t be a back-log.
3 We’re also taking the opportunity to train users on new or updated aspects of the software they might be unsure of or not know about. If this is something you might be interested in, please let us know.
4 Our development team might be working from home, but they’re working hard building new functionality which we will release as soon as possible.
5 And, as many resorts have had to furlough employees, we are looking at new ways to provide services that can support resorts during these challenging times – and beyond. Keep an eye on our website or social media for further details.
