The contract
The contract documentation process is simple. Merlin uses your customized templates with foreign languages and multiple currencies available. Detailed contract-related paperwork can be uploaded into Merlin against the buyer’s unique identification so that it is readily available at any time – by any user in the organization. Sales milestones can also be set up in minutes and followed by anyone involved in the process.
Finance and payment plans
Structuring payment plans used to be a headache for sales administrators. This has now been simplified with the Merlin Sales Module. Users complete the pre-designated fields then amend rates and dates where necessary, and update invoices automatically.
The great news is that because this module is integrated with Merlin’s other modules, any updates are made throughout the system. No more repetition or input errors. And no more asking other departments for their involvement. Sales administrators can make reservations, allocate points, issue management fee billing, and manage loan servicing all from the Sales Module.
Sales Agents
Agents are uploaded to the Sales Module and allocated to a specific team or venue. Leads and tours are allotted to them, and their success can be easily monitored as they are linked to the sale contract. Agent commissions are automatically calculated based on your rules configured in the Sales Module – and which can be amended at any time.
