If the client qualifies, they click on the Book Now button and are redirected to the Mini-Vac WebApp booking platform. The page is styled exactly like the resort website with images and fonts, so consistency is maintained.
Once on the page, the client can search availability, book their stay, arrange their private resort tour, purchase additional services and pay securely. The form also captures transport information.
All this is captured in real-time with the relevant information stored directly into Merlin (so no need to add the lead’s data again).
