Merlin Spotlight: Merlin Member WebApp

  • Password: seamlessly perform a password reset without call centre assistance

Developed using the latest coding languages, this App allows members to:

  • Login to their accounts with a password
  • View and manage their details and profile
  • View their ownership information
  • Search for availability
  • Make, manage and confirm reservations
  • Make secure online payments
  • Print confirmations and statements
  • Access their account history
  • Reset their passwords

All their activity is captured live directly into Merlin Classic Software with seamless navigation. Your members are interacting with Merlin but via your website. And it’s mobile-friendly too so they can view all this information on a tablet or mobile device.
