Merlin Spotlight: Contract Web App & More
Significant enhancements have been made to the Merlin Software Contract Web App, a game-changing tool accessible on all devices.
This exciting Web App uses the latest technology and revolutionises the contract creation process for salespeople and administration staff by offering a predefined workflow that streamlines the entire journey.
Additionally, the application incorporates advanced date logic, automatically populating important dates during the sales workflow, such as:
- Ownership Start Date
- Occupation Start Date
- Levy Start Date
- Sales Date and
- Effective Date
This ensures accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Furthermore, Merlin’s Contract Web App empowers users to capture manual receipts if the member prefers to make the deposit payment via alternative methods such as EFT, cash, cheque, and more.
This flexibility allows for seamless payment processing, accommodating various preferences and enhancing the user experience.
With its comprehensive features and user-friendly interface, the Merlin Contract Web App is set to transform the contract creation experience for resorts with remote sales teams, resulting in significant administrative savings and improved efficiency.
The latest enhancements included additional setups that can be pre-set to make data capture faster and more streamlined. These include setups relating to various start dates and the percentage deposit amount required.
We have also enhanced the invoicing functionality where the Contract Web App will auto-select the pricelist based on what is being sold. Again, this streamlines the process with minimal user input required and fewer errors made.
Other enhancements recently released include:
Bank Account Security Controls
Through Merlin’s setups, this additional security feature ensures the necessary user rights are allocated to the required user groups. Clients decide if they want to make use of this functionality.
In addition, the bank account can now be verified so that users cannot change suppliers’ bank account numbers. Any attempt to change the bank account number will mark the account as unverified, and no payments can be processed to an unverified account number.
Upload Documents and Link to Transactions
Documents can now be uploaded to a GL Transaction.
Additional columns added to Pay Suppliers export
Clients can find this on BackOffice→Actions→Suppliers→Pay
Additional Filters added to Points Backed Report
Embargoed units filters have been added to Sales→Names→Ownership→Points: Backed for backing inventory.
