The mature 21-unit resort, which is managed on behalf of the owners by Gold Coast Enterprises, had been operating without timeshare-specific software in place, making it difficult for the management company to handle reservations.

The timeshare product is a quarter share ownership with fixed weeks with a rental program for owners and HOA-managed stock.

After successfully completing the online qualification form to see if they qualified for Merlin Software for HOA Resorts license-fee free, the management team chose which support package best suited their needs.

Installation was undertaken in October 2015 in just a three-week period with all data transfers and training undertaken online.
