Merlin Software for Vacation Ownership, the leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software for the global timeshare and fractional industry, has announced the expansion of its development and support teams in Mauritius.

Vivek Bhuttoo has joined the software development team focusing on the support and development of Merlin’s Mobile and Web Apps. He will also be involved with developing new technologies such as Xamarin and building web services. These allow third parties to communicate with Merlin’s technology.

“I am delighted to be part of Merlin’s expansion here in Mauritius and to utilise my knowledge of DotNet and JavaScript, while developing my skills in cross-platform mobile development.”

Shanelle Noor Mohamad has joined Merlin Software in the role of support agent based in Mauritius. She has an extensive 15-year customer relationship background in customer support, debt recovery and internal auditing.

My goal for 2020 is to ensure we provide excellent support to Merlin Software users and to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.”
