An update about the COVID-19 pandemic.
Across the globe, individuals, families, communities, and businesses are adjusting to a new reality in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. I extend heartfelt sympathy to anyone impacted by the virus, and sincere gratitude to the healthcare workers and organizations on the front lines, battling this unprecedented disease.
I am reaching out to update you on how Merlin Software is approaching this situation.
Needless to say, the safety and well-being of our team, partners, customers, and the communities in which we live and work are our top priorities. We are following guidelines from local health authorities as well as any regulations put in place by them, including travel bans. In light of the global effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 we have taken the decision to suspend any business related travel for the foreseeable future. In addition, where and when possible, we are encouraging our team members to work from home.
Much of our business is already conducted online, and we have the necessary platforms and infrastructure in place to communicate with customers and others, regardless of location. We have business continuity plans in place that are designed to ensure that the Merlin Software platform remains operational and available. With your support, we are well positioned to continue running our business, operating our platform, and supporting you, our clients.
