Property Management & Reservation Enhancements
- Levy Account Legends on Property Reservation Page – A new Levy Account Legends section has been added to the bottom of the Property Matrix, providing quick access to key financial details and improving transparency in reservation management.
- Updating Pre-Paid Meals When Moving a Booking – Now, pre-paid items will automatically move when a booking’s Reservation Start Date is changed. Travel Information dates will also be updated, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and administrators.
- Priority Wait List Restrictions – A new Priority Wait List restriction has been introduced to the PP setup, allowing users to define if a wait list request can be submitted based on Booking Window and Stay Length Rules.
Housekeeping & Cash Management Enhancements
- Housekeeper Cleaning Time Log – A Housekeeping Time Report has been added to the Housekeeping Reports section, enabling better tracking of time spent on cleaning tasks and optimizing workforce efficiency.
- Cash Register Empty Enhancements – Enhancements have been made to the Empty/Fill Cash Register function, including:
- Auto-complete Cash in Hand based on the Current Balance column.
- Auto-fill Cash Registers with negative balances.
- Prevention of duplicate Cash Register Empty transactions.
CRM & Communication Upgrades
- CRM Web App – WhatsApp Integration – The CRM Web App now integrates with WhatsApp, enabling users to open the app directly from Merlin and communicate with contacts effortlessly.
- CRM Call Action Icon – Users can now integrate the CRM Web App with a Third-Party Dialler Application, allowing seamless call initiation directly from Merlin.
- Agent Desktop – Send Payment Link – Agents can now email Members a payment link, making online payments faster and easier for users.
Reporting & Financial Enhancements
- Opt-In/Out Reporting – A new Marketing→Names→Opt In/Out Report provides an easy way to track Members’ communication preferences.
- Movement Export Reports – “To Period” and “To Period Date” fields have been added, improving the ability to filter and analyze movement exports.
- GL Account Flags in Member Details Export – Users can now access GL Account Flag Status and Start/End Date fields when exporting Member Details.
- CDE Ownership Source Dates – New Ownership, Levy, and Occupation Date filters have been added to CDE setups when the Source Type is set to Owners.
- CDE Sequential Bookings Enhancements – Additional filters have been included to exclude Prior/Next bookings and apply settings at the Same Resort or Region level.
- Names De-Duplication on Upload – Improved de-duplication logic has been implemented in the Name Upload template, reducing data redundancy.
New Payment Gateway Integration
- Stripe (Soft Terminal) Integration – A new Payment Gateway integration with Stripe has been developed, expanding Merlin’s range of payment options.
