New Control Over Maintenance Levy Percentage Increases
You can now adjust maintenance levy percentage increases with precision by product pool. This means no more blanket changes that affect all ownerships. Instead, you can tailor levy adjustments to specific pools, keeping things fair, accurate, and transparent for owners.
Benefit: More flexibility in financial planning and better alignment with real-world operational needs.
Enhanced Contract Upload Automation
We’ve made it easier to bulk update contract statuses and dates via our upload wizard. This is perfect when processing multiple ownership changes at once. Instead of updating each contract manually, you can now handle the entire batch in one go.
Benefit: Saves time, reduces errors, and gets owners up-to-date faster.
Housekeeping Made Smarter
The Arrivals & Departures page now includes a Previous Visit Resort filter. This means you can quickly see which guests are returning from a particular resort — ideal for tailoring welcome amenities, recognising loyal customers, or identifying cross-property visit patterns.
Benefit: Better guest recognition and the ability to personalise service at scale.
Extended Hold Date Ranges for Continuous Stock
When multiple pieces of continuous stock in the same unit are placed on hold, the system now shows the full hold date range rather than just individual stock dates. Booking start and end dates will also reflect the entire hold period.
Benefit: A clearer, more accurate picture of availability — helping your sales and reservations teams plan more effectively.
Pet-Friendly Reservations in the Rental App
Got guests bringing their furry friends? We’ve added a Pet-Friendly button to the guest selection process. If pets are allowed in your setup, pet-friendly units will now be clearly marked.
Benefit: No more guesswork when allocating units — you can confidently match pet-owning guests to the right accommodation.
Streamlined Payment by Credit Card from NHP
From the Name Home Page (NHP) → Accounts section, users can now pay directly by credit card via the Soft Terminal page (if enabled in your setup).
Benefit: Faster payments, fewer steps, and a smoother experience for both your team and your customers.
More Powerful Reservation Searches
We’ve added new filters to make it easier to find exactly the booking data you need. You can now filter by bookings with arrivals or departures within a date range, or by outstanding balances.
Benefit: Quickly identify revenue opportunities and operational priorities.
Improved Transfer Functionality Between Bookings
We’ve enhanced Transfer Some so you can now:
- Transfer balances from one property to another
- Transfer transactions for the same guest across different bookings (as long as the booking is still active)
Benefit: Greater flexibility in handling complex booking scenarios without creating workarounds.
