On February 15, 2026, we released a comprehensive set of system enhancements across contracts, finance, reporting, allocations, bookings, marketing, and integrations. This update is about control. Control over your data. Control over your processes. Control over how efficiently your teams operate.

Faster Searches. Smarter Actions.

Find Names Fast Using Unit and Week

You can now locate owners by their Unit and Week numbers.

For front desk and member services teams, this reduces search time during busy check-ins and call handling. Instead of searching by name alone, your team can work the way owners think — by unit and week.

Fewer clicks. Faster service. Better member experience.

Find Contracts and Perform Bulk Actions

From one locate screen, you can now:

  • Update contract status
  • Calculate commissions
  • Edit ownership dates

If you manage high contract volumes, this is a major efficiency gain. Instead of opening contracts one by one, your team can process updates in batches.

That means faster commission runs. Cleaner data maintenance. Less administrative backlog.

Stronger Financial Control and Visibility

Default PIN on Journal

Transaction Type fields on the Journal page now default with a PIN where required.

This reduces entry errors and protects financial integrity. Your finance team spends less time correcting mistakes and more time focusing on reporting and reconciliation.

GL Transactions Locate – Export with Contract ID

A new To Export with ContractID button has been added to the GL Transaction locate filter.

When preparing reconciliations or audit reports, contract-level detail is now immediately accessible within exports. This saves time during month-end and strengthens audit trails.

Contract Follow-Up Report Enhancements

The following fields are now included:

  • GL Acc Flag 1
  • GL Acc Flag 2
  • Ext Ref 1
  • Ext Ref 2

This gives managers deeper visibility into financial and operational markers tied to contracts. Follow-up is more targeted, and reporting is more meaningful.

Ageing Standard Report Filter

A new “Hide Master/Child Contract” tick box allows you to simplify the grid view.

When you need clarity for review meetings or reporting packs, you can now remove unnecessary columns and focus on what matters.

Account Flags Enhancement

Account Flags are now clickable hyperlinks within NHP Accounts. You can access and edit directly from the grid without navigating away. Small change. Noticeable time savings.

Improved Reporting and Data Exports

Report Group Default ALL

Selecting “Default ALL” now automatically applies both Date and Time where relevant. This prevents incomplete filters and ensures more accurate reporting from the outset.

NQ Reason Added to Exports

NQ Reason now appears in:

  • Appointments Arrivals Manifest
  • Raw Data Exports

This supports clearer operational tracking and better analysis of appointment outcomes.

Promo Code Reporting

Promo Code fields have been added to:

  • Arrival Range Raw Data
  • Arrival Detailed Reports

For marketing teams, this improves campaign tracking and analysis of promotional performance.

Member Category in Print Documents Export

Member Category is now included in exports. This allows clearer segmentation when preparing communication lists, reports, or operational summaries.

Occupancy by Allocation Report – Extended Date Range

Filters now support up to a three-year date range. This is particularly valuable for long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting discussions at the board level.

Allocation and Property Management Enhancements

Property Type Filter – Re-Allocate Allocations

You can now filter by Property Type when reallocating allocations. For mixed inventory properties, this improves accuracy and speeds up allocation adjustments.

Display Sequence Name on Property Matrix

Sequence Name now displays directly on the Property Matrix. This provides clearer visibility when reviewing or adjusting inventory positioning.

Book Across Sites and Servers (BAS)

BAS now allows booking across Sites and Servers. For multi-property or multi-server groups, this expands operational flexibility. It enables centralised booking management while maintaining a structured system architecture. This is a significant enhancement for growing resort groups.

Edit Resort Stock Status (Rights Controlled)

You can now edit Stock Status directly, with access controlled by user rights. This balances flexibility with governance. Senior staff can make necessary updates without compromising system security.

Resales Data Grid Enhancement

When adding a resale listing, you can now view:

  • Current bookings
  • Future bookings
  • Future bankings

This gives resale teams full visibility before listing. It prevents conflicts and supports clearer communication with owners.

Booking and Member Enhancements

Stay Dates Option – Booking Type CDE

A new Stay Dates option has been added to Booking Type CDE. This increases flexibility when configuring booking rules and supports more tailored booking structures.

Maximum Weekend Enhancement

Members can now utilise Maximum Weekend allowances based on their Category. This ensures entitlement logic reflects real member benefits. It reduces disputes and improves confidence in booking rules.

Conversion Points Transaction Type

Pts Tran Type Ref:49 – Conversion has been added to the Points Transaction Type dropdown. This improves consistency in points management and financial tracking.

Contract Flag 2 – Cancelled Contracts

You can now update Contract Flags even if a contract is cancelled. This maintains data integrity and allows accurate historical classification.

Membership Flag Filter in Additional Settings

You can now filter by Membership Flag within the Additional Settings Matrix. This supports cleaner configuration management and more precise system setup.

Marketing and System Setup Updates

Venue Valid / Invalid Option

A new Valid tick box has been added under:
Set Up → Modules → Marketing → Marketing 4 → Venue

This keeps marketing data clean and prevents outdated venues from appearing in active workflows.

Default Cession Setup – Transmittal

Enhancements have been added to default cession setups. This simplifies configuration and reduces manual intervention during cession processing.

Generate Menu File – New Admin Option

A new menu option has been created within Merlin Admin Setup. This improves administrative control and system configuration management.

All Alias and Item Accounts – Valid Items Filter

A new filter allows you to view Valid Items Only. This removes clutter from the grid and reduces the risk of selecting inactive items during transactions.

Merlin Navigator App APIs

We have built new APIs to support the Merlin Navigator App.

This strengthens integration capability and supports ongoing mobile development. For properties using or planning mobile tools, this lays important groundwork for future expansion. It prepares your system for greater mobility and connected functionality.
